It was such an amazing experience staying at this hotel (and it wasn’t even my first visit!). The front‑desk staff were outstanding. A big thanks to Amr, the Front Desk Manager, for upgrading me to a lovely suite. Huge thanks to Riza, Rose, Smriti, Theri, and Chanthu for always ensuring my satisfaction. I also received excellent service from Bill Captain Ibrahim, Mahmoud, and Bir. The location is perfect if you love being in the heart of downtown, Mubarakiya is less than a five‑minute drive away, along with many other attractions. A heartfelt thanks to the entire team!

I recently stayed at Millennium Central Kuwait Downtown, and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, making it easy to explore all the local attractions. A special mention goes to the duty manager, Amer, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. His warm hospitality and willingness to assist made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and excellent service in a prime location!

The location of the hotel is very convenient to souq Sharq, Almubarkiya and Kuwait city, the room is spacious enough for 2 persons, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the good lighting and view, all room amenities were 5 star, the breakfast has varieties and good taste, the staff were excellent specially Riza she tried her best to allow us to check in early

I selected this hotel due to its proximity to Souq Sharq where the marathon was being held. I was incredibly overwhelmed that Shishtawi was patiently waiting to pick me up as I was held up trying to get my entry visa. He was incredibly friendly and he also took me back to the airport upon departure. Kevin was incredibly helpful in getting airport shuttle service arranged; this helped ease anxiety of being a solo female traveller to Kuwait for the first time. A huge thank-you for the complimentary upgrade- I absolutely loved it. The lady at the front desk upon check-in was very friendly. Also the male employee was friendly upon check-out. Next year when I come back for the race, I will be staying at this hotel. My only regret is that I did not extend my stay. Thank-you again and I hope to see you soon!

The location was good, near to most of the sightseeing areas. Foods were good especially the dinner. The hotel personnels were quite helpful. Recommended for family's stay.

the experience was wonderful and I will repeat it again for sure and I want to thanks Mr. Amr for everything I didn’t get this service before , therefore I will recommend this hotel for my friends and I will not stay in any other hotel rather than Millenium

A reasonably-priced 4 star accomodation nestled in downtown Kuwait, very clean and well kept. The patrons at this hotel are by far the best - considerate and polite. For a good night's rest in a relatively noise-free environment at an affordable rate I highly recommend this gem of a property.

Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. I appreciate a lot. Special Thanks to Amr Abdullah and Smriti, staff @restaurant during break fast and dinner time as well and all other staff members.
